Kate joined Carers First in 2023, bringing 25 years' health and social care experience from local authority, charity and the civil service sectors. Kate leads on securing new contracts and developing innovative new service models to continuously improve Carers First's support offer. Her focus is impact and outcomes for individuals; aiming to reach more carers than ever.
