Laura Hughes Service Manager, West Lincolnshire
Laura was a young adult carer herself and later worked with young homeless people, vulnerable families and young carers. She joined Carers First in 2020 as a Carer Support Adviser and then worked in a quality role and as a team lead.
As a Service Manager, she is passionate about ensuring the right support is in place for carers and ensuring staff have all the resources they need to provide the very best support to carers.
