Lisa Saunders Operations Manager, Essex and London
Lisa started working for Carers First in August 2016, having previously worked in commissioning at Lincolnshire County Council.
In he initial role at Carers First she managed quality assurance in Lincolnshire and led on Lincolnshire’s communications to carers and professionals. In 2022, Lisa progressed to Operations Manager, overseeing our services across London and Essex.
Having previously been a carer for her grandparents and father, she likes working with staff who are just as passionate as she is about supporting carers.
