Vicki is a registered nurse and worked in various clinical roles before an extensive career regulating across the health and care landscape. Vicki is now a Non-Executive Director at an acute NHS trust and is a Panel Chair of the Fitness to Practice Committee for the Nursing and Midwifery Council. Vicki holds a Masters Degree in Policy, Organisation and Change in Professional Care; is a Neuro Linguistics Programming Practitioner and a Coach.
