Our South Woodham Carers Support Group provides an opportunity for carers to meet together to socialise, build friendships, gain peer support from each other and be informed of specialist information from a Carer Support Adviser who will be facilitating the group. Group sessions sometimes involve guest speakers or fun activities. Refreshments are provided.
