Having a holiday.

Having a holiday.
Fri Jul 5, 2019 00:04 AM
I would like to have a holiday, but with the carers allowance I get I can not afford to have one. If I could have a holiday, there will be no one to look after my mum. Last time I had a break was 8 years ago, I am mentally and physically worn out and probably be dead before my mum due to being exhausted.

Hi Diana, the main problem is , that I have not got the money to have a holiday. I tried to get help, but no one is prepared to get me help, or care about it. I would very much like to have a holiday, if I got something like a grant to pay for it and someone look after my mum whilst I was away.

Hi Steve

Here is a charity I contacted for help with a break away, you can apply for a break with them and they are really friendly.

https://www.familyholidayassociation.org.uk/

Hope it helps and you manage to get a break away
