Through our partnerships, we have helped organisations to support their working carers and keep their experience and skills in the business.
Corporate volunteers have helped us to provide more carers than ever with a telephone befriender. These weekly calls are a lifeline to carers and are key in combating social isolation faced by many of our service users.
In addition to telephone befriending, our partners have offered 1-1 coaching with our teams and have helped with fundraising. There is always scope to develop these partnerships according to your team’s expertise.
Our partnerships offer organisations and their employees the opportunity to do something amazing - change the lives of unpaid carers. This includes carers working for your organisation who will often be among your most experienced and skilled employees.
We have experience working with a range of organisations including Kent Police, BAE Systems and Legal & General to help them to identify and support their employees who are caring.
