Carers First received a grant from the People's Postcode Trust during the COVID-19 pandemic to enable us to better support our staff who were no longer working in an office environment. Funding provided staff with new IT equipment to enable them to work effectively and efficiently from home without causing any disruptions to our carer support services.
The funding supported them in adapting to a home working environment that became the organisational norm as the pandemic continued.
