Make sometime for you once a week on Monday mornings, starting your week right with a gentle flow of yoga. We recognise that times are strange, and life is increasingly more difficult. Sarah our Yoga instructor will help you to calm your mind focus your thoughts and stretch your muscles. Suitable for all abilities, you do not have to put your camera on it you do not feel comfortable.
