In this video, Silvia Freeman, a Health and Wellbeing Facilitator and Consultant, will guide you through a session on EFT tapping. Silvia runs regular virtual Breathworks & EFT sessions for Carers First. Through EFT tapping, you will experience a calming impact on your nervous system, find emotional balance, feel a sense of safety within your body and a surge of energising boost and potential for fresh emotions. Repeating empowering statements, such as “Even though I’m anxious, I deeply accept myself” activates the parts of the brain in charge of self-processing and behavior change. This activation, in turn, leads to feeling more positive and uplifted throughout your day.

Silvia is a trained NLP Master Practitioner (Neuro Linguistic Programming), EFT Practitioner (Emotional Freedom Technique) MHFA and Breathwork Facilitator. She worked for 11 years in the Railway Industry as a Health & Wellbeing Specialist.
She is passionate about teaching and facilitating sessions that help individuals learn different ways of managing stress and anxiety and achieving emotional resilience and overall wellbeing. Her ultimate goal is to instill a sense of empowerment to equip people or teams with practical tools that build emotional resilience, prevent burnout and enhance positivity which leads to greater fulfillment and satisfaction in their work but also transpires into their home life. She believes that every individual deserves to feel amazing both at work and outside of it.
