Carers have so much to deal with when looking after a loved one, emotionally, mentally and physically. When Christmas appears on the horizon, we have even more to deal with. Join us for a festive session, with award-winning author, Sara Challice:
Carers Top Tips at Christmas– Staying well and enjoying the season
 • Sara briefly shares her story, and why she always fell ill straight after Christmas.
• Discover how to make the best of Christmas whilst caring for a loved one.
• Enjoy three relaxation techniques – quick and simple ways to help you relax in your day-to-day life whilst caring.
• Discover Christmas tips to make your life easier and financial better.
• Sara shares Sabhara’s story at Christmas – gifts can come from the most unexpected of places.


There will also be time for Q&A, if anyone would like to share.
As previous sessions, this talk is collaborative, and we would love to also hear from you!
