Coffee and Conversation with Lunch

2pm - 4pm

Canons House, CR4 4HD

Join us for coffee and a light lunch at Canons House in Mitcham. You will be able to meet with other Carers, have a chat and exchange experiences. The group will be facilitated by one of our helpful colleagues who will be at hand for any questions and concerns. We will also discuss winter vaccines, pharmacy services, mental health emergency services and support services, and the NHS App.
