Care Concierge
Service
Thanks to our relationship with Legal & General, carers now have free access to their ‘Guidance’ service. This is aimed at those supporting someone in later life and offers:
- A 30-minute telephone session with a Care Expert, in addition to a free 15-minute consultation
- An understanding of what care is needed and how to arrange this care
- Guidance on typical care costs and the ways of paying for your care
- An email summarising everything discussed, and care guides tailored to your situation

Additional premium services are also available if carers feel they would benefit from having a care expert help them with finding care or provide them with some advocacy support.
Legal & General has been a Volunteering partner of Carers First since May 2020 supporting our Telephone Befriending Service as well as assisting with strategic volunteering around marketing and leadership.
