Carers First is looking for young adult carers aged 16-25 to join us at Carers First, Strood on Thursday 30 March, between 6:00pm and 8:30pm to share your ideas for our TikTok channel, make videos and and join in a game of Throw Thro Burrito.
As a charity that supports young carers, we want to ensure that our content reflects the young carers we support and is captivating and engaging.
The session, led by Carers First aims to help give you some fun inspiration in helping us to develop fresh and engaging content, helping us to keep up with trends to reach more young carers, like you.
Expressing yourself creatively can have many benefits including increasing your self-esteem, improving mood and can even help to alleviate stress and anxiety.
A light evening meal will be provided. Young adult carers who attend will have a chance of winning 1 of 3 prizes, including:
