Discover how you can live life to the fullest after caring
Lots of carers tell us that they feel lost, isolated and at a loose end when their caring role ends, not knowing what to do or where to begin with their life after caring.
For so long, as a carer your main focus has been on the person you are caring for, and it is difficult to divert the focus back to you and know what to do or how to live life to the fullest when a caring role ends.
Carers First is proud to announce a new virtual workshop for former carers,
delivered in partnership with Sara Challice, a former carer herself. and award-winning author of ‘Who Cares?’.
The workshop will focus on life after caring and covers areas such as finding your new normal, managing your mood, and generally rebuilding your life after caring. Carers who attend Sara’s workshop will be invited to come along to our new ‘Life After Caring virtual group’.
We have our final workshop coming up on:
- Wednesday 19 June 2024 at 7pm.
To find out more and to book a place on the workshop, please complete our short form below. Please also feel free to share this with any other carers you may know who you think would benefit from attending this workshop.
