Carers First is thrilled to announce that Lincoln City F.C. has donated 20 tickets for carers to attend the match against Morecambe for free on Saturday 19 November.
These tickets are free to carers registered with Carers First who would like to attend the match with the person they care for and enjoy a special day out, supporting their local team. To be in with a chance of getting one of these free tickets, fill out the form below.

Entry for this giveaway closes on Wednesday 16 November and winners will be informed if they have won a ticket on Thursday 17 November.
