An online course for young adult carers 16 -25 caring for someone with a Neurological condition with lifetime access.

Exclusively created for Carers First, by The Cognitive Rehab Coach this course educates young adult carers around the mechanisms and processes of neurological illness and the impact on mood, behaviour and daily function.

Empowering carers to understand more about the conditions and how to manage the fluctuating nature of symptoms; young adult carers will learn how planning and structuring their input and responsibilities alongside compensatory strategies will allow them to gain more confidence and self esteem to manage demands.

Sign up to the course also enables you to access downloadable resources to support learning and an online support group for further learning and discussion. A certificate will be provided on completion of the course.
